The technology supply process, clearly mapped.
From the first conversation to supply coordination, every step is structured to keep your technology requirements on track. No unnecessary complexity, no hidden steps.
From requirement to supply coordination.
Each step in the Hypertech Link supply process is designed to build clarity — for both sides. Requirements are gathered, specifications are refined, supply routes are explored and terms are agreed before anything is committed.
The process is the same whether the enquiry covers a single device, a team rollout, or a broader workspace technology requirement.
Start the processRequirement
You explain what the business needs — device types, quantity, intended use and any software or peripheral requirements. No detail is too small at this stage.
Specification
Intended use, team size, setup requirements and timescales are clarified to shape the right supply route. Specification planning ensures the enquiry is built around reality.
Sourcing Enquiry
Suitable supply routes are considered based on your specification, category and availability at the time of enquiry. This is an enquiry stage — not a commitment.
Availability & Terms
Availability, timing and commercial details are discussed openly before any supply coordination begins. Nothing moves forward without mutual confirmation.
Supply Coordination
Order details are structured around the agreed enquiry. Fulfilment arrangements are confirmed per order. Delivery requirements are discussed at this stage.
Follow-up
Future requirements — technology refresh, additional users, or new project supply — can be reviewed when needed. No ongoing commitment is required.
Prepare your enquiry checklist.
A well-prepared enquiry helps us respond more quickly and accurately. Use this checklist as a guide — you do not need to have all of it ready before making contact.
Items marked as key are the most useful for structuring a supply route. Optional items provide additional context that can speed up the process.

Questions about the supply process
What information do I need to start an enquiry?
At a minimum: what type of equipment you need, how many units, and the intended use. The more context you can provide, the more accurately we can structure a supply route. You do not need to have everything worked out before making contact.
Can I enquire about software and hardware together?
Yes. Software requirements can be reviewed alongside hardware specification as part of a broader technology supply enquiry. Aligning hardware and software at the point of enquiry helps ensure device performance is matched to the software the team will use.
What quantities can be discussed?
Enquiries across a range of quantities are welcome — from single devices through to larger team rollouts and project deployments. Supply terms, timescale and commercial details are always discussed per enquiry based on the specific requirement.
How are supply terms agreed?
Supply terms, availability and pricing are confirmed per enquiry. Nothing is assumed or pre-committed. Once availability is confirmed and terms are agreed, supply is then coordinated around the agreed details.
Is availability guaranteed?
No. Availability is always subject to confirmation at the point of enquiry. We will discuss what is available, at what terms and within what timescale — and you decide from there.
Can I enquire for trade or reseller requirements?
Yes. Trade and reseller enquiries are welcome. Supply routes and terms for trade enquiries are discussed based on category, volume and specific requirements.
